Refunds, credits, and order changes are processed by the Services on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Los Gatos Meats.  Los Gatos Meats’ policy is to diligently and with good faith assist Customers in processing these requests.  This refund policy always applies regardless of any disruptions or downtime in the Services for any reason whatsoever.
